Unprofessional and highly unresponsive. 1) incorrectly entered my driver's license which made my 6 month premium $1,600. 2) raised my 6 month premium after two months of payments to $2,500 with no notice. 3) very slow to respond and said the issue may resolve in 2 months and to follow up then."
